trucks can hit you and your wall will be repaired before the
cloud dissipates.
then max out two lasers, buy about 40 gunmen and a few repairmen,
sell Joe and stock up another laser, and purchase Old Glory.
Add gunmen until you've got about 60 and repairmen until you've
got around 40 - by that point, you can just let it go.
