Yes Sheep...Whack-A-Bone is already housed at my website www.anatomyarcade.com but I haven't uploaded it here, cos I need to tweek it a little based on feedback that PAM has received. Go and check it out!
Hey thanks Kyle. I'm finding that people either love it, or think it's stupid, hence I can't seem to break from 3.10. I doubt they'd get badges for such a low rated game.
Is the score a reasonable one? ie, not over 100? cos if so, there's no prob there being a score registered, cos no doubt it wouldn't be that good. I'll check out level three again...I might have to shuffle it a few more times.
I'm glad you agree with me Falconerd, cos I was beginning to doubt the structure. It's a pretty elementary game, but I think it achieves what it sets out to. You're the first to comment on the poses...there was alot of me standing in front of the mirror trying to convey different emotions through my body and then trying to pose the model realistically...harder than you think, so thanks. And yeah....I think every anatomy student has tried the wise crack "tensor fasciae cafe latae" at least once! lol
Thanks for the feedback Falconerd. I've acted on one of them and disagree with the other. I've tweeked the list generation so that it is much more random. I disagree with the few people who have made suggestions along the lines of making the scanning stages unlimited timed and not part of the total score. I've had previous versions of the game tested with my students for many years and they NEVER bother about the "tutorial/non-competitive" sections. They just want to get straight into the action. Hence the scan level is designed to be easy...it's right there, you just have to hunt and click. I've enjoyed the feedback, it's helped me heaps...unless you've said something meaningless like JMAN!
It was actually a frustrating glitch that was making what should've been a perfectly random list every time only partially random. I actually ended up leaving it like that to assist the memorization. As a teacher with 10 years experience, you (Draco18s) aren't telling me anything I don't already know. This game is just a memory tool and I believe it does it's job as good as I can design it. Games to come will be absolutely awesome, watch out in a year or so for Blood Cell Racer!!
