Quite a few bugs with the upgrades near max levels. I don't usually brag, but I beat this game my first try WHILE I was watching a movie AND making dinner. Just spam panzers, upgrade everything, wait.
How about an option to let OUR guys walk through the German limes without a scratch to counter their ability to do so..take away one iron cross for each ally who gets through?
Oh, and parking a flame thrower or two near the top of the screen seems to work well, too well, but since they're the only troops who actually hit anything and kill it, I recommend an army of flame throwers. I came back to this game to see if it became less frustrating. It didn't. And the fans who jsutify the boring randomness saying "it's WAR"...uh, NO, it's a game, a boring frustrating game. Fail.
The game sucks for 1 simple reason. I had 7 troops of various types surrounding a single german, and that german didn't die instantantly as he would in a real battle, he walked right through all of those 7 troops to the edge of the screen.
Simply put, this game is about as fun as Tic-Tac-Toe
load up the challenge with Basewar map, crank up your defenses and then leave the PC alone for a day, the otehr 3 PC players will slug it out in eternal stalemate.

Uh, sorry, but a game that ends in stalemate if you aren't fast enough PLUS a laggy , clumsy interface that doesn't LET you be "fast enough" means the game needs a lot of work
Problems...the overlapping of the units popup status window and the right side menu means I can't read their health
Also, there needs to be a highlight or circle around the currently selected soldier.. Soldiers in bunkers need to be visible to me...Need to know which of my soldiers have upgrades and which upgrades they have...
Game is very frustrating..
If this weren't a WWII theme, nobody would be playing it.
It also seems the ice,fire,etc special arrows DO affect the final boss, even though they seem to pass right through it. I couldn't beat the boss because I thought they weren't hitting him...this time I just fired them constantly anyway and won easily (combined with angels, golems and hobbit spam)
Fix this graphics glitch, and make the MUTE actually MUTE everything

Could be a nice time-killing game with a few improvements.
I bet more than half the tools reposting the "strategy" and proud of "beating" the game are playing the relaxed mode. It would also be nice if this super "strategy" included which transmissions to buy or not, but it doesn't.

Madagascar closes its borders when someone sneezes in Japan. Hurricanes hit Greenland. A disease with vomiting, fever, and 3 other symptoms yields no deaths. And nobody naturally recovers from the disease. Yet the game has the balls to call it'S hard mode "REALISTIC" HAaahahahahahahhaa
Fix the game, then you can get maybe 4 stars.
5 days! With a bit of luck GET A PARACHUTE on Day 3, then just focus on hang time.stay in the air longer, rocket to the coins and AVOID the bumpers, get huge time mulitplier, hang time of almost 3 minutes on Day 4 yielded enough cash to buy every upgrade
In higher waves of sandbox mode, the garbage trucks tend to get retarded and stop moving, I know all fuel sources are well stocked and try swtiching.
Sometimes they all go into one spot and just stop in a huddle while garbage piles up.

Yep, the buggy build menu makes the hardest waves virtually impossible. The menu itself has bugs, constantly resetting while you click, and then the inability to place on areas that loook clear is another.
Last week I beat the game by propping my remote on the space bar, today I beat the game by propping my cell phone on the space bar..such variety! There's a strategy guide now???? LOL.
