Was I supposed to have items in my inventory that didn't get used in the game? It felt like I left without doing everything I was supposed to do. Fun game, though.
Heh. I thought that this game was "Home" based on the preview icon, and I thought that I forgot to rate it. I gave it 5 stars before I realized that this is a completely new game. Played it through, kept the same rating.
The art style is pretty much identical, I can't blame you for mixing them up haha. Thanks a million, the ratings help so much for the monthly contest. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I hope this comment isn't too unhelpful, but I can't remember the last time I've had a game lag at all in all the years I've been on Kong. This game lagged and skipped around so much that it cause character death.

I am definitely missing something in this game. I still can't figure out how to collect plasma. Are we supposed to somehow combine other components to create plasma? If not, where will I first start being able to mine plasma?
Two tips for getting the 80 combo for Strength Training:
1) ignore the stars since missing them doesn't affect the standard combo count (starts are needed for some of the "perfect combo" quests, however.
2) when the apples start flying fast and furious, start button mashing the W, S, and D keys. There's actually a pretty wide "hit box" that the apples can be hit, so don't worry about accuracy, and just mash those buttons. You may have to worry about accuracy a little bit when you get three apples at the same height, but otherwise, just do your best to have your weapon covering all three heights as much as possible.
A cool option would be to be able to lock weapons in a certain direction. For example, if I could lock a rail gun to be constantly aimed at the ground in front of me, it wouldn't be so punishing to move the other weapons to take care of flying obstacles. I also second someone else's suggestion to have the UAVs prioritize air targets. Great game! I loved it.
I want to like this game more (fun puzzles, fun premise), but the fiddly controls when you have to jump so much just made the game frustrating. And it's not like I can take a break and come back to it, because the game isn't designed with a save feature.
Nice concept. My main feedback is to either shorten the length of time "Level X: Goal X" text shows, or move it to another part of the screen. I'm ready to play when the new level loads, and I get impatient waiting for the text to fade.
You don't have to wait that message to go away. Shoot right away. Also you can restart(hotkey R) the level and it will restart immediately without the goal message.
I love how this game from 2008 can utilize my mouse's scroll wheel without scrolling the entire screen, but games that I play five years later don't manage that.
This game came out in 2009. The first iPad wasn't released until 2010. I don't think it's reasonable to expect a flash game to be compatible with a touch screen.
I did it on Nightmare mode earlier today, and I've beaten it on Hard several times. It's important to find heroes with abilities that mesh well together, and start paying attention to your heroes' movement economy. See further down for my strategy tips, also.
My strategy: When leveling, go ahead and level once for some healing and the +1 to damage, but there is far more value in buying some equipment (assuming you find some that mesh with a character). Also, only use the glyphs for the Ancient Evil fights. Don't use them to bypass a gate. Finally, if you ever have the opportunity to buy the mace that heals each party member for 3hp, BUY IT.
