i started with Madagascar and i finished it! :) Just start with Madagascar, with no resistance, no symptoms and no transmission, then wait for New Zealand to infect (or another region). Wait for another regions to be infected (4 or 5 ) then you can buy some resistances, but do not buy transmissions again. Once all regions are infected you cand make your disease visible, buy some symptoms and make it deadly. Buy all resistances also. That;s it :)
