All the anonymised data from the game results will be made available for everyone to read through in a couple of weeks - character/lighting is definitely something I'm looking at making a data visualisation for :)
I haven't paid a dime for this game and have a reasonable win rate, so I am not sure what you all are talking about when you say pay to win. It is pay to rank up faster if anything.
Hi! I don't think a minimap will be coming anytime soon, but there are some tactics (Like going deep first, and then getting resources/chests when going back, that make it easy to track where have or haven't you been :) Cheers! Dis.
I hope you give us a chance to reset our diamond spending when the store comes up. I want to be able to take advantage of scaling my purchases of time slots.
The only problem with an dollar per sec per time block, is that as you get more promotions, you get more time blocks due to achievements, so even with the jobs that do not make much money, you are better off working them for the achievements so that you can multitask more. that will make you more money, and help you level your skill faster. for example I am working on 8 hobbies, and still working at computers and zoo.
no one ever contemplates the possibility of the meat and the bugs being smaller than atoms. for all we know the worlds we are infesting are the nucleus of various atoms that have small life forms living on them.
shouldn't this game be about building and blowing up stars, since stars are what create heavier elements and then distribute them about the universe by blowing up?
I think your endings are perfect. hasn't anyone heard of an open ended story? your "incomplete endings" all end in a place that brings us directly to some other more complete ending. Thus nothing is lost by having these incomplete endings. The only problem is that your audience as no imagination so they have to have everything spoon fed to them. great game I had a ton of fun reading it... I mean playing it.
Thanks for pointing this out! I definitely wrote all of the paths and all of the endings with all of the other paths and endings in mind. This story was once a linear novel, but I had to do a lot of editing to split all of the previous stories' events into alternate timelines. So that might explain why the "continuation point" here is about getting different endings rather than expecting the same ending to continue on, as you point out. Also, to be honest I just couldn't come up with anything else to happen that would hold relevance to all the other themes and events. I actually found myself editing out a few fluffy endings and paths instead -- an early draft had a lot more stuff with Angelo and Lucifina, but I cut most of it out because I wanted to keep the length as short as possible, and it just didn't add anything to the story.
It is good idea. I think it possible by making special quest in it.
