To see the badges, you pause the game during a workday (the pause button is in the bottom right corner), and then on the pause screen you will see a badges button.
@gamergirl22: Yeah, that's true, but for me, I tried loading it the day after I started it and it won't load, it just stays on a black screen with "Get ready" on it. And I've tried on multiple computers so...
