Wow. snipers have the pontential for one-man kill-squads. all you need is to spam ranger training every time you can. I've had a sniper with 220 rifle skill. and something like 130 moral. ranger equipment = good.
@ people who have squads that won't shoot/shoot badly, high moral makes them shoot more often, while high rifle level makes them hit more often. soldiers with high hit rate but low fire rate should take priority over low hit rate and high fire rate, unless the first guy has a fire rate of under 15. that way, he'll get better with each kill until he is...well, most likely, until he's killed.

Hey, if your game crashes often, fear not. turn effects to low, (graphics don't make much difference) and be patient between attacks. hast makes crash.
