Have you considered that the planet is just uncontrolled by enemy? ;)
I'm not saying the same thing you saying. You wrote: "Every 1k ammo give +0.001%", this is wrong. This way 1m gives 1%, which is not true.

@Kente81 You are so wrong... :) My 40k of ARK-55's do 480k dmg with 1m ammo and 240k without.

1k ammo gives 0.1% bonus, so each 1m ammo practically doubles your power.
I added the armor too.
@Miguelin1317 you will need 200b/256~840m dmg fleet.
@kimacqua 30k ARK-55's and 5m ammunition for New Babilo. No losses ofc.
