It doesn't really make sense to me how J/Q/K are all considered even cards. Shouldn't the evens/odds be split more evenly? With all the faces being evens, we have 8 even cards and 5 odd ones. Since A is considered odd, numbering wise it makes more sense to have J/K be odd and Q be even, which puts us at 7 odd and 6 even cards...
I might be complaining because I got hit by an attack that I didn't think I should have since I didn't read the tooltips for odds and evens first, but normally odd and even cards should be every other and not consecutive.
If we alternated them, then Ace would have to be 14, which is even, but the most familiar numeric value of Ace is 11 which is odd - this would lead to worse confusion. We also wanted even/odd to be different from something like red/black. Because it takes all face cards, even is quite a bit easier to get than odd, which we believe makes it different enough from red/black to be interesting.
The attack skill says it increases damage by +3% per point, but the numbers don't add up with that and it looks like it's actually +5%. i.e. if your attack skill is 11 it will add 55% rather than 33% to your tap damage.
If you can cross your eyes just right (or maybe I'm making them go lazy?) so that both sides overlap and it looks like you're looking at one image the differences become clear because they look kinda weird. Since one eye is seeing something the other isn't.
I'm also having problems with 15 failing me when I clear it. There are multiple solutions that I've tried that still fail me. I had to look up the one specified in the walkthrough to get to level 16.
Never thought watching a documentary on hotels would ever help me play a game. *Hint, stagger the elevators so that there are more cars, don't just put a single shaft going all the way to the top.
Note that any button on the keyboard should work except R which will send you to recalibrate. And probably special keys like the windows button (if you have one). I like to use 123 on my number pad for comfort and speed.
Very nice, I like this puzzle concept that I've never seen before (even though someone said it's old). For constructive feedback, I think more distinct symbols would make a nice subtle improvement. Someone already noted that red/green color schemes aren't exactly friendly to some color-blind people. While I don't have that particular problem, I already thought that instead of Xs it would look nice to have something like a sticky pad for green and a fire-pit for red, and maybe some kind of pattern on bombs to distinguish everything even further. All in all, very nice and the 3D looks lovely.
If you can figure out how to cross your eyes so that the images overlap, the differences are almost immediately visible. Of course, I only tried that after clicking my way through the whole game once...
It might just be that my ears are sensitive, but some of the high squeaky sounds in the music kinda hurt when I have my headphones in, which is too bad since I otherwise like the music.
