I don't understand why the rollercoaster moves faster, without covering more distance.
Also, by the end of the challenge, you have to make blind jumps often so you wind up jumping over small platforms that are not even on the screen when you start
The bottle puzzle is a lot more subtle than I originally realized. If you are struggling with it, here is a big hint. Look at the line strokes on the paintings of the bottles and containers, not just the ordering
One hit left on the last boss, and after ~ 20 bowls getting no red to finish off the cannon before my quarter bar of stamina ran out:/
That and that you can get stun locked by the falling meteors before you can recover makes the last boss hard, not any actual skill part to it
Game runs way too slow. Even with everything low, no zombie tint, small "i can't see anything that is happening on the screen" mode. It's even worse than Cursed Treasure 2
The only part that makes this impossible badge so frustrating is that you can't just restart the mission you are in, rather you have to go back to the challenge menu, select the challenge again, the start the mission over that way. Really wish I could just get a new hand when I know I am going to lose right away, or that I could just restart the mission when I do lose.
My absolute favourite part is when the game launches the seven cars in a V formation, three planes that hit all parts of the screen and the helicopter. Its like it is just telling me that it doesn't want me to get past 300 metres
Nice to see someone making a copy of Final Fantasy Tactics, however, this still suffers from being too slow and much of a slog to get through. Only 5 battles in and I've had to take a few breaks doing other things to get my mind woken back up.
What kind of deal does flipline studios have with Kongregate? I understand that making badges for these games are really easy, just pick some arbitrary level to force the players to achieve then, BOOM! badge, but why is it that these terrible games are constantly getting badge of the day and frontpage while games with actual story and game play are kept to the back of the site, never to be played or badged? A letdown by everyone involved it seems.
Unless Kong gets like a penny for every gameplay, in which case I never doubted you Kong, this game is wonderful can I have some of the blood money?
This game has me yelling at my monitor all the time. Its just not a good fit when the cinematic mode doesn't increase the viewing area, its too easy to scroll over other tabs when throwing villagers, and clicking outside the game area when trying to grab villagers just make this game so frustrating. I really want to like it, but so many little problems constantly stacking up is really making this unenjoyable
I have tried for years to get the Road Scholar badge for this game, and eventually all badges, but it is just such a dull and slow game that it has been four years and I have still not completed this goal. It boggled my mind back in 2009 how this game was so highly rated to be considered one of the best of 2008, and even today I still can not see any real redeeming factors to this game. Lack of hotkeys, lack of speed up, lack of unique skills to upgrade, poor music, poor map designs and map view. Overall a very poorly planned and designed game with sub-par execution and lackluster game play. 1 star seems overrated for this game
The fact that you can't rapidly empty the typing area if you messed up really irks me. However, the fact that my vocabulary can come out and play makes this worthwhile.
