I think Tukkun's adding the house back eventually, or else he would have already gotten rid of it altogether. Maybe it's getting a makeover like the other features.
elite rage skills are random skills you get from skill books. when your red/blue bar fills up and becomes yellow u can use the elite rage skill, then it resets.
once you manage to kill all the enemy Immortals, the rest of the battle is (usually) a lot easier.
(Or maybe that's just cause i use tons of pikemen that get killed.)
If you do can finish stop the big bang level without spells then go on it, wait until your heros spawn, charge and then go afk and after you win then you get around 70k money
