Perhaps the best part of the game is the victory screen of the boomerang level. You can shoot as many bullets as you like, and they'll still follow you, allowing you to make this gigantic cloud of bullets that tries to follow you. The only limit to its size is how long you can keep evading it.
While it is a fun game, the annoyingly long sequence of screens you have to go to when you lose and the fact that you have to switch to the mouse for them keeps it from being better than 3/5.
I found the hard badges relatively easy, though quite time intensive. Do Adept Aviator first. You only need to beat 32 levels, not all 53; you get to skip 21 levels. Just do the levels sequentially and ask yourself for each what the hardest vehicle to beat it will be (usual suspects are the SAM, the Jouster, and the Balloon), then try it with that vehicle first. If you can beat it, proceed to beat it with the others; if not skip it and go to the next level. You'll probably be in the high twenties by the time you reach the final level and just have to go back for a few more. For perfect ratings, use the Jouster if the level doesn't need item manipulation, and the Lifter, Choppa, or Balloon if it does. For the fast ratings, the TARDIO tends to work best (just speed and let it bounce against walls; it's nearly unbreakable), or Lifter or Choppa if the level requires item manipulation.
I think ending 21 is the happiest, actually, not 34. 34 may be very happy, but only within the simulation. In 21, on the other hand, we see Future Todd actually sort of redeeming himself by sacrificing himself and letting his younger personality take over his body after seeing he's a much better person. And he does it to protect Angela from himself too, which is quite unlike the other endings where he basically wants her for himself.
While the gameplay isn't much special, the message is a very simple and important one, so I gave it 5/5 anyway. And the massive downvoting on the homophobic comments makes me happy.
I have managed to get the gold cat in Peach's minigame after many tries and reached the level's exit. This is what happens: first of all, you get a gold refill. Next, Peach starts throwing BLUE bricks from the chimney at your enemies, pretty much constantly nuking the field. After she's done that for a while, she throws three black bricks (explode all over the field for a while, then explode into three blue bricks, again pretty much whiping the field clean).
Wow, very good atmosphere that makes it scarier and scarier. I merely chuckled at the skeleton in the bed, I was pretty scared by the telephone voice, and by the time I got to the furnace, I decided this definitely wasn't the best game to be playing at midnight in a new apartment full of new sounds. Judging by the other comments, that was a very wise decision.
The sharp and razor sharp shots do increase the popping power of the spike-o-pult, kevc, but because they can already pop about a dozen bloons, increasing that number by one or two is a very small improvement.
Sorry about that apenpaap. But it's looking very much like I'll a sequel with more levels for browser soon :)
