TIPS to those playing this demo: Destroy the south barricade (w/ the albatross) and leave the other 3 standing. You can set-up a trap this way. On the 5th barricade (the one blocking your 3 tanks), put the 'rocket truck' behind it and hit as much enemy units as you can. When they're all out of range, use the 'scorpion tank' to destroy this barricade and breakaway.
Dialogue is long and boring. If it can't be made interesting, might as well take it out, or else it's just gonna be toggled off premanently. The protrait of Tucker and Mullen on the right is just as unexciting. There must be a better way to show whose turn is next (in multiplayer, avatars might be good). But I think on that screen, I'd rather see the picture and specs of the unit I choose to better plan my strategy (rather than on that small space at the bottom). Also, please make the game screen just a bit smaller. I think this is gonna be a good strategy game!
PRIEST, KNIGHT, MAGE at Zone 2, Heroic-Bio.
~~Ability: Integrity (4/4), adrenaline, 2x reform, break, 2x disrupt (2/2).
~~Priest stuns himself when focus is zero, so use Disrupt. Mage does a full restore when health is 500 or less. It's easier to destory priest first.
2 MAGES & 1 KNIGHT at Zone 2 on HEROIC-BIO... ~~ take out Destroy and use Lead Strike, Subversion, Integrity (4/4), 3x Reform (3/3), 1x Adrenaline (3/3), 2x Crystalize (1/3). ~~ Place Roald on relentless mode, Veradux on defensive. Prioritize teammate's health over crystalizing opponent. Use subversion when the Mage's health is (or about to become) 500 or less. Defeat Mages first before the Knight.
I defeated Twisted Experiment on Heroic-Bio by simply upgrading Integrity to 4/4, and using the 2 given abilities - Lead Strike and Destroy. Also, set Veradux to defensive mode while in battle.
Instinct is particularly helpful with allies. For example, if I "crytalized" one of the opponents, the ally must instinctively make his move on another opponent. To hit a "crystalized" opponent would be worthless since he would be stunned and shielded at the same time.
To defeat the boss, use bullet-time when:
1) you've been cornered and need to escape and
2) when you need to get close to the boss to go Berserk!

Yay! FINALLY got the hard badge! I managed to jump with the cart pointing straight up, did a headstand almost immediately and held that position while completing a flip (sorta). I got 2,000 pts for the trick, but... crashed. Ah well, still got the badge anyway! ^^
- To set your arrows on auto-fire, press"A" then click outside the game screen.
- To switch back to manual, press "A" then click on the screen.
- You can do the same with elemental arrows (keep A,S,D,F pressed while clicking outside the screen).
It may not be the shadow boss, but it's defnitely one of those earlier bosses at zone 4 whose healing amounts to 2,000,000, that you must defeat using (w/ correct timing) the "subversion ability. (wow! long sentence. lost my breath there! lol) Great game! 5/5
To defeat the shadow boss (and acquire the illuminator badge), use the "subversion" ability which switches healing w/ damage. If you time it right, you won't have to go through the strenous process of hitting him until his health reaches "0" (that will take forever!).
For level 18, Lord of Hell... what triggers the "ground pound" are 1) units that can attack at close range (hobbits, squires, elf assasins, beast riders, etc..) 2) the Flame Devil and (get this!) 3) mankind's titan unit, the Arch Angel! - All other units will NOT trigger the ground pound, but do not overproduce range units (cannons, dyrads, etc), as it makes the Lord of Hell stronger. When using the human race, use the Angel Knight and Red Dragon to finish him off. Mankind offers the best challenge for Level 18.
For Level 7, once you're manna reaches 9999, aim your arrow such that it parallels the ground. Enemy units will then be able to advance closer to your castle, but not close enough to attack it. Then, spam range units (catapults, cannons, wizards/totems, etc.). When you've used up 75% of your manna, slowly raise the aim of your arrow so that YOUR units can start advancing to the enemys castle (doing this will allow your units to attack at the same time). Once your units are close enough to cause damage to the enemy castle, send out your strongest melee units (paladin, beast rider or elf protector).
