Great concept, fun to play, and I like the "trippy" feel of the game. The game is still in desperate need of some basic features though, like a save/level select so I'm not always starting from the beginning, and a mini-map so I'm not blindly jumping off cliffs onto spikes. Loading times are long. But still, 4/5. I'd like to see a sequel with some things added in the future.
This game is great, except the insane 1-hit KO flame attack from the devils kept this from being a 5/5. There shouldn't be a 1-hit KO in this type of game.
Great game, with some minor problems. Faster gameplay would be nice, also not being able to sell towers is the biggest problem. Not selling towers is supposed to make the game more challenging, but sometimes it's extremely frustrating, like when you accidentally build a tower in the wrong place and have to restart the level after like 20 mins of gameplay. I still gave it 5/5 though, this game is fun and ADDICTIVE!
Why doesnt this game have an option to lower graphics quality like the first one? Because of this, the game runs slow on my computer when the first one didn't. Less and less games are including this option, so I automatically deduct at least one star from my rating for games that don't take users with slower computers into consideration. This game is awesome, and would have gotten a 5/5, now it's only a 4/5, and I might drop my rating further.
Sllllloooooowwwwww, and no option to turn down the graphics quality. Unplayable on an older computer. 2/5, because not everyone has the $700+ to spend for a new computer.
A whole page of negative feedback... I guess I should stick up for this game, it's a great game, one of the few I gave 5/5, and I still play it even after I got the badges. You spend the whole time running from these relentless enemies while getting your ass kicked, just trying to survive, the game gets pretty intense in some levels. Aiming is tricky, but it's supposed to be that way because you're usually moving fast. And the music really sets the mood for the game, if you don't like it just mute it.
Why can't there just be a "low quality" graphics option? Not all of us can afford a brand new computer. Looks like this is another collectible card I won't get.
I guess I disagree with everyone else, I didn't really like this game. It's more frustrating than it is challenging, glitchy at times, and lags when those blue electric fields are active even on low quality. This game actually makes me not want to try the real Portal. I gave up after lv. 15, I don't need the collectible card bad enough to keep playing.
I like old-school space shooters, but I didn't like this one that much. I'm not sure why, it just didn't really hold my interest for more than 5 minutes.
