Three attack types: 1-normal 2-explosion 3-poison All needed! Multi attack types should be picked. Full upgraded slow tower at the start portion of any map will do for normal. A couple bee hives with a good positioning will do for poison and a farm of cannons in the middle will take care for explosion. Harder levels require special upgrades too of course.
In terms of to be realistic, ammo count when you go to a mission or when defending should be depended on each shot fired. I mean it would be hard maybe but bring a challenging game play in such case. You should pick a certain amount of ammo when you go to a mission and must use it during the mission unless you could find ammo or weapons loaded may add to it. In case of defending, your stocks will limit how many rounds you can fire! So the presicion aspect and preference of melee weapons will have greater importance.
Very good game! 5/5 already! Just a small detail: when playing with multiple shooters and using aimed shot, you can miss which shooter will use the aimed shot.. It could be solved by using a different posing or an indicator above the figure after the ability chosen.
Hard level seems impossible to beat, after trying so many possibilities and combinations. Really challenging game while some of the difficulties coming from various flaws suchs as shooting priority but its still fun trying to overcome these odds with some arrangements. 4/5 instead of 5/5 because tower sound effects sucks and there is no speed option.
Graphics failure leading to crash occurs after a short while because of some animated traps and spells. Disabling animations option or lower graphics choise possibility?
The maze building and two exits leads to a joyful gameplay and firing styles of the towers combine a good potential. Top view or isometric could be better rather than perpective i.m.o.
