Loki can be ridiculously easy if you have the correct setup. All you need to do is get the weapon Excaliber by beating level 19 with the weapon lightknife (first weapon). Its pretty easy if you levelled up your gatling gun weapon. Use AMU unit 3 because even though #4 is good, your only invinvible for a little amount of time. With #3, you slow down time and its WAY easier because you have a slot of time to deal a lot of damage to Loki, and you'll get a lot damage chain so you'll get 50% more overdrive bar. So when you get hit, you can use your overdrive again! So Loki is ridiculously easy!! Hope this helps!
