The mass-"weak" level is impossible. Now, I might be noob (I am not), but the jump in difficility from simple to impossible in one level is bad balance.
Fairly average Crimsonland variant, good quality but no real inspiration. 4/5 P.S. Why the heck do I bother collecting money if there is a big nothing to do with it?
2 days to Mars, without fuel refresher and jumper rocket ;)))
Congratulations! You just won the Renewable Rocket Fuel Fanatic Badge and 30 points!

Mars reached (3 days or fewer) – Cute and cuddly space explorer, or deadly threat to civilization? You decide.
OK, so, so, with just alittle luck it's 3rd day to moon, 4th day to Mars. Fuel sucker really shouldnt be there, imo. All in all, 1st one was better. Less huff and puff, but more balance and things really to do (unlike jsut getting sucker 3 and enjoying yourself)
*fast* weapons + AP cost decreasers are perpetually imba.
Tons of useless skills (say on my *hardest* last type hero, like every skill is useless once I got semi-decent items)
Bulkskin AI semi-bug:
sometimes when they are near the edge of the screen, they won't *notice* character.
That might be OK, but they STILL wont pay attention after my Aeronaut hits them from afar. So essentially, I get a totally free frag. Dont know if it's supposed to be like that.
Being hard and being annoying are different things.
I wouldnt call the game *hard*, not I feel it's supposed to be. However, throwing through walls is annoying, and feels wrong.
Second quest, pustossers, they throw projectiles through solid walls. Errm... unsettling.
Also, in the *first* labyrinth there is a place that made me change from ferric to aeronaut.
It is a place deep down the maze, with damaging spikes on the floor and left wall. As a ferric, to pass that point, you need to stand on a VERY TINY *stair step* with spiked wall immidately to your right.
First, it's almost impossible to realize you can even stand there at all (because it naturally looks like you can't and will necessarily hit wall spikes. This assumption is reinforced by first 10+ tries where exactly that happens).
I suggest slight redisign of that place because it IS frustrating for Ferric
This is not a time management game. This is a freaking TD. Consider their money to be their life, and shops to be towers, and you will have a neat picture;)))
Perfect Gentleman
Dude! You just completed the Perfect Gentleman achievement in Open Doors 2 and won the Perfect Gentleman badge and 30 points!
Last level IS hard...
The idea is just brilliant. However, the realisation is plagued by some severe problems:
a) balance doesnt live there. Like, some units are ultimate (like knight), some are surprisingly useless (ninja). Upgrading units still rock, but upgrading magic (errmmm TACTICS) - sucks bigtime, even when the game suggests the one is balanced with the other.
2) the map needs more work. Like ,the Hokkaido province is too easy, and some ( in the mid of a map) are plain impossible because even if you win one way, there are 3 more ways with full armies to pwn your ass.
3) AI is a catastrophe. Sometimes he just siths there doign nothign when there's a land ready for taking right near him. Sometimes he goes on suicides for no apparent reasons. Plain awful.
I still love the idea, with proper amount of diligence it could be a great game.
It's a shame that Meteor Launcher is barely better then normal top ranged weapon. 160 vs 250 dmg, BUT the casting time (and therefore effective firing speed) is 1.5 times longer...
WHy the heck I wasted so much money on minigun and his zomhfg-expensive-ammo? Sniper rifle FTW!!! I mean, walk in the park!!!
All get snipers and maul'em in numbers!
