I think I figured out WHY the bug is there but I don't know what causes the game to bug out. If you're super pro and manage to transmute everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) you come across, theres so much item that when you access the loot screen it just cant' handle it and shuts down.
Hey super bug here - floor 72, went to check my loot screen to see how many gems i collected, and once I did the "play screen" became the loot screen, and I couldn't get back to fighting. I could still access the menus and everything, but no dice otherwise.
for those that are complaining about the difficulty setting, it's because once you get to buy all the upgrades (this takes time, so i'd personally recommend the dev put the 'you beat the game' after buying all the upgardes), the game beats itself.
Tip for the coliseum last stage, where you have to fight everyone at once (oh my god why), kill the final boss last, and work on the other two simultaneously. At the beginning, avoid the shock wave from the first boss and wait for the sword to come up before striking. You can also use the pillars that the second boss creates to avoid the final boss's super attack; conversely, you can also use the final boss's spawned mushrooms to take out the second boss, if necessary.DO NOT ATTACK THE FINAL BOSS AT ALL COSTS. He is the only one that gets harder the more damage he takes. The rest is fancy footwork. Best of luck!
*Addendum to previous comment* - Figured out the bug. Omen casts his awesome death spell every three turns (From start of fight, stun him, and the cooldown for your stun will be ready just as he casts). Sometimes (still don't know why yet), Omen will just not cast the spell on that third turn. STUN HIM ANYWAY. Otherwise he'll queue his attacks and get a guaranteed kill on one of your allies. or you.
holy crow is there a huge bug that makes fighting omen difficult. Sometimes he won't do anything during his turn. But somewhere down the line (aka when it matters), he'll take TWO turns at ONCE. more often than not it'll be (use dark omen) and then (free kill an ally). How fair is that??
@MorphX That's when and why you start using the trade in upgrades for the left side businesses. They inject the amount of businesses (EG 50 newspaper stands) WITHOUT changing the price for a new business (eg if it cost 2000 before injection, following injection it will be 2000, until you manually buy one)
I think you guys have a bit of display issues. I wasn't sure at first but definitely confirmed it when I had my 4 nonillion roll over to 5 nonillion (and as I was waiting for this comment to post, went to 32 nonillion on hand with 24 nonillion earned in the settings tab), but very little to no change on the total earned in the run (22 nonillion to 22 nonillion, maybe .200 difference). If this is intentional a la this is how much you have earned without angel investors, fine, but this is kind of a big flaw considering that earning huge amounts of money is how you earn huge amounts of angel investors. Also might have been a backend change. tl;dr There's another display bug
Not going to lie, I am also learning how to code right now too and rather than deal with waiting for y'all to add Currency/Second, I'm working on how that could be done. It's tricky, and much respect for you considering you also are very new/amateur at coding, and you could create something like this.
Um confusing question, I really hope the dev sees this.
I have 2.45 quadrillion currency or whatever, but the upgrade for the shrimp boat isn't allowing me to click on it. I haven't bought it but it refuses to let me. Any advice? It seems like some kind of bug.
*TIP* For quick cash, make sure you blow up the pots and barrels you see scattered around, which are worth 5 and 50, respectively. It adds up and helps near the beginning, and the giant crate of barrels is worth 100. For that, get a bow ASAP so you can farm.
Display issue. Whoops!
