One thing kind of bugging me is the passwords, there's no way to know which number hints to which passcode, or what order you put them in, at least not to my knowledge.
Probably the best strategy is to cover as much ground as you can with launchers, then most of them should get trapped in eternal bouncing until you manually timeout.

This game's biggest flaw is the lack of explanation of what to do, you're told that the tool can raise and lower land but it doesn't really tell you what you're supposed to do, turns out what you're supposed to do is raise the land and have your civilization on the same level of land in hopes to have it prosper, but it doesn't really tell you that at the beginning. Once you find out how to play it's pretty good.
