it's super tough to score a lot of headshots in sniper mode due to 1) targets appearing right in line of fire 2) targets laying on their back due to dropping on another target. plz fix this rng

kind of bad that research descriptions are sometimes misleading, like cooler efficiency that doesnt reduce fuel consumption, but helps with top speed, or body size, that is used not for making car smaller, but for fitting the chassis. real descritiopns are in design mode, why not in research?
