use the patrol tokens to get your nurffed resorce rate back up to normal by buying them in the labatory and then use them to buy the resorce reward upgade a few times that might help

thats why he put the energy balls in for speeding up ship contuction just click speed up, click the green enegry ball then click use. you get energey balls from your power plants as a raire drop once after you bought the overcharge luck upgrade. thats how I get around the long ship build times very quickly
