So. For some reason. The blood splatters form a box around and over the weapon. Like on its own layer Its pretty irritating. I don't know if it was only the computer I was using.
Again, which item(s)? There are over a thousand in the game and nobody else has mentioned an issue since the update.

The new Hit boxes are garbage
Do you mean on a specific new item? I don't think any of the old items' hitboxes have changed, pretty much ever.
