Awesome game. Unique gameplay, cool graphics, nice music and random funny words and phrases when pausing. Also really hard, especially the Boss. Very well done! (Could use a Level Select Menu though)

Well like many other people I'm only here for the Badges and I kinda hate this game as well, but I gotta say the Dev (or devs?) here seems like a nice guy and to actually care about the game, which is a rarity for Multiplayer games on Kongregate. The other Devs hardly ever respond to user comments or do anything about their games.

Not bad, but you should keep the symbols out of there. Keep in mind that this is not only played by people with english keyboard layouts, so the symbols could be totally different on others and I could not make the "=" symbol. Otherwise it's a fun game, I guess.

Thanks. I would love to make symbols an option to be set in... Options :) but it was already too much work. However, I think non english keyboards should also work, because special keys are abstracted by flash platform.

Great game, but a little bit too short for my taste. Ah whatever, time for the important things: First of all I want to see my hitbox, that's probably one of the most important things in Bullet Hell games. Then we have the moving speed - it's a bit too slow for me, so adjusting (increasing) this in the options or Upgrade menus would be pretty awesome. Also for your future games: If you are going to use X+Z, then please add an option to use Y instead of Z. It doesn't really matter here since I just played it with the mouse (much better), but please keep this in mind. Now the rest of the game was awesome, you've done everything right, I guess. Disabling coins and the moving Boss bar are brilliant. About the story.. I guess it was okay, don't really care much about it, but read it anyway. Keep up the good work, hope to see more games in the future! :)

Originally, I had planned to make the game keyboard-only, and that movement speed felt about right; any faster and running into things unintentionally started to become an issue. I get the feeling that few people are going to even use keyboard mode though, so in future titles, I might just drop it entirely since the mouse is so much more precise. That will let me start offering higher movement speeds. I agree on the hitbox thing, though. I'll probably put that in on the next update. As for X + Z, you can change those keys in the options menu or even on the pause screen.

@LadyBern: Have you even watched some Disney movies? Just take a look at some villain's deaths - we have people getting stabbed in the gut, electrocuted, sucked into and torn apart by a jet engine, falling into a lake of fire, falling into spikes and being impaled and (accidentally) being hanged by a vine, just to cover a few of them. So yeah, Disney is kinda dark to begin with, so I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happened anytime soon :D

Is this an april fool's joke? In January? Please tell me it is.. I refuse that this is supposed to be a real game and that the dev actually expects people to pay for THIS. Seriously, this almost seems like Kong being all like "oh hey, everyone's hating on so many MMOs, you know what we should do? A loot challenge on the most ridiculous game we can find. Let's just see how far we can go".

Great game! Very nice graphics and challenging levels. And even though this game is pretty hard, I never really got angry or frustrated for some weird reason. Anyway the only flaw here is walljumping. It should be much smoother like the rest of the gameplay.. I failed lots of times because I jumped too early or because I was sticking to the wall a little bit too long. My left hand hurts a bit after completing the whole game and getting the golden skulls everywhere... but it was worth it. :)

I could have sworn this was made by the same guys that created Tanooky Tracks.. but then I saw it was made by someone else. Good job though, I enjoyed both games. I think there should be more of this kind instead of all the pesky MMOs here on Kongregate.

You don't have enough Waves. You should have added just 1 more so it would be divisible by 3. Also it would have been nice to include a pidgeon somewhere.. and I was actually expecting Edison to be the final Boss. Anyway everything else is pretty cool, especially the art.

Alright... To be honest I really disliked this game for the simple reason that it is just the same as the prequels to me. Almost nothing has changed and it is always pretty much the same. I know you can do better, since you already made some really good games (and I liked the first part of this series, but the second one was already kinda tiring and boring). So maybe you should focus on making new and different games, or at least try to make the next sequel more unique. Unfortunately I have no idea how you could accomplish that, otherwise I would leave you some suggestions :/ TL;DR: You make good games, but the Arkandian Saga gets repititive and boring, but I hope you can fix this with the next sequel :)

Just like the first one it's a pretty cool game with nice graphics and good music. I also liked the Challenges, but the whole game seemed.. kinda short. Well, it was still fun anyway even though you can get all Upgrades pretty early. I'm not complaining about that, it just seems a bit different from other games like this.

Oh Hyptosis your little funny comments on trying to use things on other things never cease to amuse me... and somehow all your games feel so short.. maybe that's because they are so good though. Anyway it's pretty nice that there are som different races and all that, but it would probably be even better if you added some more information on them.

The very first moment the game started (after selecting a new game and seeing the "hero") I thought "hey, this kinda reminds me of Zelda". Fortunately my assumption was correct and I had fun playing this game. However it really needs a map (and probably a mini-map) aswell. It's nice that you used X/C instead of X/Z like many other developers, so I could play this properly. Oh, a HP-bar for enemies and the ability to manually save the game (maybe to different slots?) would also be nice. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Great game, I had some fun with it. But the controls could be better (just look at the top comments for suggestions, because those guys pretty much mentioned everything I wanted to say). Oh yeah, the cursor should be a single square and you should be able to increase the size (4 squares, 9 squares etc.) for easier tearraforming. Of course you could also increase the manacost for using a bigger square, but that's up to you. Also the manacost for spells could be decreased a bit and a random map generator would be awesome to keep playing with options like how many tribes, difficulty, etc. Or maybe even add a map editor :)
