Please get rid of the Hydra/Minotaur attack at the 25 year mark. It's ridiculously difficult to kill, and it leaves me far too weakened to even think of winning against the next wave. And it happens nearly every damn time. I've lost more because of this single wave than any other reason in the game.
Also, I love the references you put into the game by way of npc's. You put Ron Swanson in there, and I love you for it. The Swanson family stomach can take any amount of poison and come out swinging!
Absolutely lovely music, I don't get tired of listening to it, which is a very big plus when it comes to games like these. Kind of reminds me of the Tales of Symphonia/Vesparia music, actually...
Just a couple of levels in, and I can already tell that this is an amazing game. If this is just a demo, I can't wait for the full game. This definitely wins first place, imo.
3/5. I'm being generous, I think. The gameplay has possibilities, and the look at feel of it is ok. But for the love of god, fix the bugs. I can't play a single mission without getting syntax errors. fix those, and I might come back.
If the developer of this game meant for those doubleaxed chargers to be a humongous pain in the ass... congratulations sir. You have succeeded. May the charging monsters you created go to a very special hell, and you along with them for creating them.
honestly, there wasn't all that much to this game. Set up your turrets, spam the unit buttons, scout the three remaining map corners, charge the nest. Done. Not a very exciting or engaging game in my opinion.
I love the rotating field. That's something completely new, a great idea. However, I wish you'd make the rotating a little more uniform. I have no idea how the field will rotate next, or where it will place my units. It seems to be at random, making it impossible to predict, and that wrecks havoc on any strategy or tactics I might have in play.
this game is horrible due to the fact that they (the computers) all target you at the start. you can't do shit if you're constantly being hounded by every single ball.
