A nice relaxing game. You should add more interaction, like doors that open when you click them, and some moving objects (like birds or cars) for some eyecandy. 4/5
Definatelly needs obstacles (basic walls/fences, for example). Anyway, it's much better than the first generation! Since you are looking for feedback, here are some ideas: enemies (they run towards you, so you have to dodge them), money looters (they steal money from the ground while they move). Make goals for each maze (like: map 1 -> score $57000 to unlock map 2), that would make the game much more interesting (some people just don't wanna fight for highscores, they just want a challenge/goal). And, for version finale, a map-editor!
I suggest more levels. The highest amount collected on each level should be in-game (like: Play level 1 - highscore $8462). Then the kongregate highscore would be lvl1+lvl2+lvl3. That way you can even add archeivements (like: Collect over 50 coins at lvl 3/Get $5000+ gold at lvl 2)
great game. The battles were a little boring though. Also it was kinda repetitive. My suggestion is to make LOTS of different enemies. Then you can only have "1 jump ability", "2 attack abilities", "2 special abilities (increased regen from power supplies, increased damage, etc)... or maybe just add an ability limit. Anyway, maybe you could even add an exp/level system.
Btw, if you are having trouble with hitTest (like falling through platforms), instead of making you character move "_y += 15" make a loop that moves your character "_y += 1" and check for collisions every single movement. (hope you understand what i'm trying to say)
i'm giving you 5/5 just because the game isn't that bad as peaple are saying. My suggestions: if you wanna copy sprites, that's fine, just don't copy the entire gameplay experience: give the character different weapons, like axe/bow/etc.
You seem to be really improving this speed collector game, it's getting nicer and nicer! Here is my feedback: make some kind of effect around your character BEFORE you start moving, so that you can easily identify his position. It is really hard to spot the character sometimes (of course, before you start moving) because he has the same color as everything else in the game (except for the coins).
fun game, although I had a hard time figuring out the instructions. At first I thought the background was a maze, with lots of walls that would stop you from moving foward. The click on edge to move is very unusual, so it took me a while to understand what you ment. You should make an "instructions" button in-game, with those instructions in the game description. 4/5 and favorited
game gets pretty easy after lvl 6~. You just have to hold spacebar and one arrow key, and missiles/rockets will do the rest. Awesome concept though 4/5
two major issues: 1) improve the AI against air units. IMO they should always be the priority targets.. 2) I'm sending you a PM about a huge bug that i found..
