Easy puzzle platformer that is calming and enjoyable to play. Graphics and music were perfect. Would have liked to see levels with more complex puzzles or requiring more intricate platforming. I felt really badly beating the last level, kinda wished I could make friends with that last blob instead of what actually happened. :)
Fun, relaxing difficulty of challenge, great music. I was hoping the underworld boss was going to really test everything you learn up until then, but instead he teleports under his own attack and the fight is over in 7 seconds. Anyways, really enjoying the style of all your games so far.
Very nice puzzle platform mechanic. I wish there was an on-screen indicator of how the screen moves when pressing Q/E. 95% of my deaths are from hitting the wrong button not knowing which way the screen would go.
This game feels like what should have been the sequel to Lemmings. All the fantastic puzzle solving, with a new set of abilities to assign to all your workers. Love it!
Super fun, great abstract thinking challenges. Every couple levels, pay attention to figuring out the rules of how you must group things, collect things, or how you are allowed to connect things.
Fun so far. Level 29 I thought I was supposed to divide all the colored dots so all the oranges are together, all the purples are together, and all the cyans are together. But when I do that the dots just blink, telling me I did it wrong. What am I supposed to be doing?
Super fun. Would love to see this game idea expanded. More complicated setups, balls that act in different ways, platforms that spin at different speeds, more realistic conservation of ball speed and rotation.
Deceptively fun and clever puzzle game with puzzles that range from easy to brain bender. Very happy coming across this little gem.
Important gameplay mechanic: If you step on 2+ permanent save spots at the same time with 2+ dogs, then step off all of them and use up 5 steps, you will revive with even MORE dogs that are normally available. This mechanic is required to access the bottom-left map puzzles, and to obtain 5 of the 6 stars.
Fantastic game with well-designed levels. Feels like Sokoban on steroids, which I am absolutely digging. I didn't hear any music, though. Looking forward to Part III!
Got 2 messages from the dev saying if I left the game due to ads it has been fixed! When I played this back in 2013 there were no ads to begin with... Amazing game though! Secretly wishing this was a phone app with added content so I could play it all the time.
Fun and short pattern recognition puzzle, pretty cool for a first upload. I would have like to see more puzzles where not all the buttons do the same type of tile manipulation, so the solutions are less straight-forward. About 2/3 of the puzzles can be solved brute-force by clicking in a clockwise pattern repeatedly until colors line up. Good job overall, though.
I loved SK1. I don't mind that SK2 felt a bit short, or that there is premium content. It was still fun, but here's the core flaws that kept it from being the glory it could have been:
• Lack of new flavor: The mechanics, fighting tactics, magic spells -- it felt like I was playing an easier, less strategic copy of of SK1.
• Lack of boss quality/quantity: The bosses in SK1 were a ton of fun, and selecting your skills to thwart the variety of bosses was a blast. SK2 had fewer bosses, were too easy, and you never really get far enough up the talent tree for choices to matter.
• Talent upgrades: Dumbed down version of SK1 talent tree, and you barely get to break into it by the time you beat the game. Defeats the entire purpose of having the tree, and part of what makes the game enjoyable.
• Regardless of game play time length, if the core gameplay mechanics are off, the game remains lackluster.
Rust Bucket is awesome (:
