The clunkiness of the pig's movement combined with the short portal time makes this game a test of patience and ridiculous timing, rather than puzzle-solving.
I've found a minor issue: The Tranquil Chime has so many effects that its list of effects (when viewed in the inventory) passes the left boundary of the page. As such, the string appears to start with "+25%," a value, rather than the name of a statistic.
Aizu doesn't seem to appear as a party member during the intermission preceding Episode Twelve's first battle; her inventory is only accessible once the battle begins.
Minor issue: The enemies that are presumably meant to be Pitchfork Riders (Episode 10) are labeled as "Pitchfork Hillman," while the Hatchet-wielding riders are simply called "Rider Hillman." This contrasts the somewhat more reasonable names of "Pitchfork Rider" and "Hatchet Rider" provided by Complacent on the wiki.
Apparently reaching Union City late (as in not having the six days to travel there, but going there anyway as you have enough supplies) still gets you the badge. I suppose I won't get to see the "true" ending myself, but that's a satisfying end to a string of restarts.
The sad thing about an otherwise great game, at least for me, is how all weapons with a scope on them take much more effort for the game to display, causing massive lag when using a weapon with that trait. Would be nice if the scope could be disabled (but of course, this game is too old for updates).
Not sure why, but on the first level of the last area, it lags a lot, and refuses to give me a key (whether it was because I did I refresh the first time I completed it, or something else). Everything else works fine, but this issue makes it so that I can't complete the game. :I
Guide (thing): At the beginning of the game, go for coverage instead of concentration, so you can catch more food. As you progress, reinforce webbing. Stag Beetles, though really good for, well, reinforcing webs, can easily destroy areas that AREN'T reinforced. If you're looking for Stag Beetles, keep all places heavily webbed. Fireflies. They may sound really useful at first, but turn out to be very problematic. You can get a fair amount of webbing from flies, and the high amount of moths that fireflies attract can completely destroy your web within SECONDS. I would recommend eating all fireflies ASAP. (And that's as far as I got. Because of fireflies.)
If you shoot a projectile backwards (by having a ranged unit shoot when turning around), the projectile will keep on traveling, past the wood-cutting screen, and then past that.
Thank you for pointing this out! We just uploaded an update that fixes this.
