I actually found the game pretty easy. As long as you pay attention the health of the patient and sedate them when it starts decreasing relatively fast, you have plenty of time to finish the surgery.
It was O.K. It does get repetetive, but that is mostly handled by the different spells you can get. And the tasks for you are obvious. They do ask you to patrol their streets. I wonder what would happen if you defeated the trainer without dark magic.
Gah! The server kicked me off when I was about to win on a race. And I also hate it when, in the new york level, people shoot you with their lazer 3 times in a row.
In the later levels, earning a promotion is way too easy. I got one from serving nothing in a power hour. I actually tried to give the drinks, but all the tricks I could manage was a flip or two.
Not just about a pregnancy, but about a rape. And about how, for some people, there is such a thing as a blessing in duisguise, but if you abuse that blessing, then you might feel it ripped from you just as fast as it was given. In some cases, the same thing that gave it might take it away.
