after you ve beat the game try to beat everyone with one guy caravan (except army). You can also try to achieve something special in deathmatch like 500+ in kill em all or 2d- in earn a million. all these things are possible without cheats (becouse i did it), just a bit harder.
Fights are 100 times better than in frontier, where you are just pressing attack buton like an idiot. They are a bit similar to fallout 1& 2, except that there are no obstacles like walls and similar (which is bad) and that fighting distance is greater (which is good).
The most unrealistic part of the game is too low damage of firearm (people can survive shot by anti-tank rpg). So instead of introducing tanks and heavy staff in caravaneer2 it would be better to introduce more simple weapons, becouse surviving few hits from knife, axe, bow, molotov coctail or something like that sounds realistic. After all if you imagine some disaster happened and you have to arm yourself with the best you can find at your home-what would you find? Probably axe or hunting rifle if you are lucky to have it, defenitely not a tank or rpg.
just won 5 games against computer on hard without loosing any. it s not that hard, but i wish they made at least approximately decent AI and equal resorces. computer probably just take the card which cost most resources.

Arbiter27: these are clearly the best units in the game. although i dont like that battle too much, becouse it looks like there s no deeper strategy than equipping yourself with best weapons (mainly rpg) & armor and start shooting at enemies

second challenge: play it without ever entering any town,
third challenge: play it without entering any town and kill robbers base guards (hard)
if you can load game from the point where you already destroyed caravan x and no other caravan just go to officer, exit and enter town and go to officer again. he will consicder you have done his mission. If you cant load saved game, you have to start again from beginning.
Once you "know what needs bo done" horse is best and also the only animal i m using in whole game, but if you are just wandering around and exploring area mule can better.
@aceless: robbers never have rpg7 or rpg29, they may have bazookas. kill guys with bazookas first, then -if you have only few(1 to 8) people use cover behind your cars to avoid bullets

destroy caravan with 1 barehands guy
22 police unit with 1 barehands guy
amry squad with 1 guy with revolver/pistol
end the desert pathrol mission before the end of March,
finish game without hiring anyone(you can still use sniper, combat engineer, dp solders),
hard deathmatch: start with 0$ (in story mode don't go to sherif) and make a million in <1d 8h,
