what is the purpose of mutations!? what effect does it have?
Mutation and rare gene are good to increase evolution. Only to understand it, NOT real: 1% = 10 normal clicks = 3 mutation = 1 rare gene

QUESTION: Dont know if it's just me who missed it in the tutorial.. What does the mutation thing / rare genes do in the evolution tab?? Doesn't seem to do anything forwards my evolution level.
