Feature suggestion: 1-2-3-4 keys for speed levels. It is hard to click with mouse when you are debugging your machine. Another suggestion is the ability to pause (speed 0) during testing the machine.
Dear developer, please make a "level maker" for this game so we can upload our own level rules and see people beat highscores. It should be pretty easy since level rules consist of inputs and outputs only. The rest is up to player. Thanks.
This epic game is the best i have played for a long while.
It teaches:
- The underlying concept of math,
- How brain grasps the environment, symbolizes and uses it,
- How computers work
- How valuable resources are (even 1 screw counts in mass manufacturing)
This game is legendary. Developer, you are the man.
I highly recommend everyone to try to beat up each level part count after you finish the game. You will see how greatly you optimize and how dramatically piece count drops as you focus and think more on the problem. Sometimes you will see that the solution is so simple yet you made it so complicated by focusing too much on some irrelevant detail. The feeling of accomplishment you get when you decrease the piece count from 100 to 40 makes your day. There is too much to say but maybe i will make a blog post about how awesome this game is.
The simplest "Divide by 2" i made is:
J@ADAGC@B@AHC@D@AHA@C?AHBBBCABBBACADCBADAECBDCACDBC@AA@BC@ACABC@ADBBC@AADBAAAFCBCAAABBC@ABCBDAAADBDAAAEBDAAA=BA@AA=BA?AA=BABAACBA?AABBD?AACBC?AADBB?AAABC?AA@BD>AA?BD>AADBD>AA>BD>AA@BD>AAABD>AABBD>AACBA>AA=
I'm glad you enjoyed it! :) I've always been kind of sad that there haven't been many programming games recently, so I took things into my own hands.
