Guys, i just defeated Russians!!! The secret is to spend at first all of your money on tanks and after occupy all of the territories which are neutral (yellow), after make sure that your troops are match to the ones on the border. After, attack russins in few directions, but whatever you do, make sure you eliminate the navy. Russians will create a new army, and follow yours, make sure you keep a large russian army to chase you, and constantly try to bomb them, they would eventually lose some of it's tanks and became more vulnerable. You have to HAVE TO to capture at least 1 of their production centre, better two, keep making tanks from those two centres, attack the huge russian army, after take Chechnya, Rostov and other areas which gives you money. Try to distract them and take over their production centres, and slowly take lands which you missed out. That will suffer russian and they would be losing money, time, and more importantly tanks and armies.
Good game, but needs improvement. Firstly, you do not see what's going on, which means you are losing interest very quickly. Secondly, it needs more thoughts in management, stadiums and leagues. Also, it would be good, if you would have a real life situation like: "Your players wants to hang out with his gf, would you let him?" or something like that. Overall it is pretty ok game.
This game has a potential, however it lacks some logic and historical facts.
1. Germany controlled most of the Europe by the time they attacked Russia.
2. Finland and Romania (transylvaniya and bucharest) were allies of Germany, so therefore the armies in those areas should be under German control
3. In this game Russia from the begginning has a larger army than Germans, which incorrect, Germans at the begginning had a larger army than Russia. Also, Russia had very few tanks and a lot of infantry. In this game, it's the opposite.
4. Germans also had a slight advantage in air support in the first days of war
5 Baltic Sea was not under Russian control. It was neutral between Germany, Sweden and Russia.
But, overall, i am pleased with this game. I wish there would be more such games on kongregate
