Two bugs: The focus achievements are impossible, and also if you reset progress, the achievements stay, which means it's impossible to beat the game twice since your run out of coins
Quick Tip for endgame level farming:
In the first screen of the rapture, there is a 3 monolith encounter. If you're grinding up to beat the final boss, all you have to do is give one of your team members the small cloud flair. Then, have natalie strike lightning on all, lance strike lightning on all, and then finish them off with the poseidon summon. You can consistently do this, as long as the one with the cloud flair finishes them off. Also, if you have evade problems, let lance go before natalie.
Alright: Here's something I didn't realize until Mr. Death Staircase that no one can beat without losing lives.
Checkpoints refill your health. This is very helpful
Recipe creation guide: At the beginning, start with Nori/Salmon/Rice/(theme related ingredient or salt). Later, use Coffee and all the combos. Make coffee as high as possible without the dish rating dropping, and then if possible increase another ingrediant (sugar works well) and use it to reduce bitterness
Skill training tips
Accuracy: Hold the mouse button down, move off-screen, release, come back. This will basically do auto-reload so all you have to do is click
Dodge: If you spam buttons as long as you are doing the right one all you will get is perfects. Just make sure that you perform each action immediately. (Fun fact: I hate this one and so does everyone else)
Critical: Literally just leave this one running in a separate window. This is very good when turbo is on
Strength: Just button mash and you'll do fine.
Block: keep your mouse close to the player character
Level 4 is not impossible. It's pretty easy. Portals maintain direction
Level 27 is difficult but doesn't require much timing once you figure it out.
Just put the cat in the corner cannon and then launch the aliens into the pit one by one. Those who say it's impossible, it's not. I did it.
It's a medium badge for a reason, people. I don't like it when medium badges are the BOTD, especially not a tedious one like this. I don't really like these types of games, but it's not impossible, it's probably been playtested, and stop complaining about it. You only need to get 5 BOTD to get the shiny Kongpanion
Now if you want to complain about a BOTD, complain about that one where you have to control a team of soldiers and fight the Nazis. That one doesn't make any sense
Got all 4 endings. This story is deeply touching. When May talks about how she could easily learn anything, but then she never developed a good work ethic, and now her parents yell at her, that sort of reminds me of myself.
