Great looking game, will defiantly buy on release date. Only one small critique, the hit box; Its a bit difficult trying to attack an enemy for example when I'm next to it on higher ground I can't get it but it can get me (I try rolling past it but it still damages me). It feels a little unfair. Anyway, amazing job, hopefully this game gets more attention.
Thanks for playing, Batonma! We're working on uploading a new version of the demo that addresses the hit box problem. We really appreciate your feedback!
I believe the bugs Wildkatz mentioned but didn't explain were about the button choices, some of the options duplicate, it's not that big of a problem however the biggest bugs is when you get to the house. When I went to the right I clicked on the doll and it opened the door revealing the ending? I was able to go to the left and when I already got the key I decided to click on the monster to see what would happen, failed of course and got the option to try again however because I already have the option to exit the room the consequence did not matter. Besides the bugs I see that the game was short, (I know it was your first game) I'm guessing there might be a follow up to this story?
I can see some good effort was put into this, story was becoming intriguing however some of the cons for me were the combat, sometimes didn't know if i was hitting enemies or not. Didn't really understand the ending, I'm not sure if i did something wrong but when i interacted with the person at the end (orange cloak) i went back to the start menu. Little more effort into the music, felt like it was going some where but it just looped into the same irritating tune. Besides all that it is pretty interesting and has lots of potential, reminded me slightly of hyper light drifter.
Hey, unfortunately the music is quite repetitive as the file sizes of the full versions of the tracks were too large, though I did make longer versions of every track in the game to put in, which are now just on the website as the OST. But we'll endeavor to find a way to put more full version in the (hopefully) next game, that aren't as repetitive. Also we'd love to have achievements for the game, that's what led us to make the sticker system, but we'd need a better review rating first, so tell your friends and hopefully we can boost our score enough to add them in!
I actually love the way the body parts glitch and over the rag doll physics, however it was kinda hard to see where the body was since its red and the blood is too...
Of course! Different spaceships and levels (even with different hazards) are planed in the future. This was just a test if this game will apeal to people, to find out what works and what doesn't.
