The achievement for getting a full flock of swans is really hard. Once I had 14, and picked up a goose by accident right before the whole flock was spattered.
I myself haven't gotten it yet, but if you don't use the homing beacon it is a bit easier. (You won't pick up geese by accident as often.)
I made it, the blocks did almost nothing to help in the later waves. (Except for the eye and slowing block, they are awesome.) My excess 269 souls made me do over 50 damage per sword hit.

Did 5 ghost bosses have to come on wave 25? I was doing perfect up until then! And oh yeah, to beat survival you need to buy the upgrade that increases sword damage by 20% of your unused souls. (I was hitting big groups for 25 dps)
You should have made it take some time for the level to end after you eliminate the last green block, even though I know on playcrafter that requires some really screwy coding. Otherwise it's good, the graphics and effects look nice too.
