The problem with no eraser/undo is the line drawing tool is horribly imprecise and sometimes continues drawing after you let go of the mouse button. A step back button which allows you to undo the last x seconds of drawing would allow players to deal with that without breaking any of the things you mention.
Everything about this game is a bad decision. Long cut scenes at the start of levels. Purposefully bad aiming. Enemies popping onto the screen under the character. Lots of lag.
I'd forgotten how much bullshit this game is. Same squad layout will give different outcomes depending on how much the level wants to screw you. Also, unit fire lanes are hardly exact and sometimes they would just rather die than shoot.
Pretty easy outside of figuring out the concept on first one. Beat most of the levels outside of 'Or do you wish you could' near or before the hint button after that. Still was fun, wish it allowed keyboard input though.
Actually since the game penalizes you 5 seconds per shot you would need to complete each hole in 24 (3 shots) to 29 seconds (2 shots). So, pretty much you need to grind out all the upgrades and have full specials on every hole with no mistakes to have a chance.
Learn to read, Imperator666. I didn't write anything about scoring over 70 on most levels. My comment referenced one particular level where I saying the high score was (and is still low) comparatively to other levels versus their star goals.
>Dark Snake if you even manage to get to that point
@Imperator666 120 stars means I 3 starred all the levels including Dark Snake, so get off your high horse. And you getting better at poorly designed controls doesn't make them any less poorly designed.
@Imperator666: I know how the controls work. I have 120 stars. My point is the control difference between the red side and blue side is night and day. Red handles like a sports car. Blue handles like a truck towing a boat in reverse. There are ways to make the controls equal or at least make the spawn pattern so that it's not random chance if you get an impossible blue streak or an easy red streak when the scoring starts to matter.
Level 8 (Fading Lines): Dark World is just bad level design. Start with poor controls where the player can only really control moving in one direction(red), then remove the ability to see where the lines are coming from making positioning the blue side a mixture of luck and guesswork. It just adds up to a long dumb fight with the controls. There's a reason most scores aren't far above 70 on the high score list (outside of the obvious cheaters who stand out on the total high score list).
Unfortunately it is not possible because Flash Payer controls right click.
