Amazing game. Intuitive, no need for instructions. Progressive, new elements always keep it fresh, with a difficulty curve and length that feels just right. Maybe a little tough for a Monday BOTD, but really enjoyed the experience!
[UPDATE!] The station master allowed me to take the train despite the quest being marked as not complete and me not having the soul. So that wasn't a game breaking bug in the end.
[BUG] Game breaking bug: I must have solved the farm puzzle without picking the farming soul. The soul is now gone and so is the ghost so game is locked from finishing.
This papa's - just like the 37 papa's before it - is only good for one thing: trying to see how many disgusting, burnt, undercooked, inadequate crap you can forcefeed to your customers before you unlock the badge of the day and never come again.
1) Make a launcher where you have to shoot through the center of the Earth and come up the other side before ascending to space 2) Put the first screen "upside down" but with a high catapult length so players have no idea which way they have to shoot 3) make sure you rotate the screen a couple of times in the process in case anyone was still not confused 4) Get a lot of downvotes /// It's Easy!!!!
Played many risk clones, but I find this one better balanced than the original. The simultaneous turn resolution and the being unable to chain conquests in a single turn give more tactical depth (yeah it's still RNG, but there is less random). Good work!
+++ you can mute the cheesy music by not moving --- You can't complete the game this way :( /// This game was as painful for my ring finger as it was for my ears.
The only fun in this game, as with other Papa games, is 1) to serve ridiculous, burnt, and spillt orders until you get your badge 2) to push the 1 star rating button for serving us the same reheated crap game over 20 iterations
Papa's games are already as bad as it gets, and they never fix the issues that players requests (still can't skip ordering, crappy ticketing queue system). But this one game is probably the worst of them all. Ridiculous syrup pouring nonsense minigame, and it's less fun to make to make crazy orders the customers didn't order, like at least the other games allow.
This game deserves a 5/5 for the music alone. Add the great storyline and it's a masterpiece. Gameplay itself with the fires could have been a bit more developed to make it more of a game, but doesn't matter much since it's still a great experience!
That last rifle sure is a "world class military police" item as described. If all the military in the world used that gun, we would have world peace at last!
I like that you can use any key on the keyboard to activate the beat.
I happened to be using the C key.
C also clears all your data with no confirmation when you are on the main menu.
Oh well.....
