Philosopher is not a career. THANK YOU. I'm an academic, and I meet loads of people who when asked what they do or a living say "I'm a Philosopher!" NO. YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE.
As film adapatations go, this is poor. Where's the dinosaurs? Where's the moment of creation and the end of time? Where's the patriarchial domination? Where's the post millennial angst? Where's the Brad Pitt? Poor. Very poor.
So my girlfriend started playing this game after I recommended it to her. After a while she said those three little words that all men want to hear, but rarely do..."It's so big."
Superb game, very well thought out, very well executed. Combines some of the best features of several excellent games into a unique package. I love it.
And the story, I was genuinely shocked at what happens with Rodolph at the end of Part III, really really makes me look forward to Part IV. And the plethora of secrets as well. Amazing. It's a complete gaming experience, as I said, not just a flash diversion. The extraodrinary thing about this game, if I'd paid, say, £10 for it, I wouldn't feel ripped off. When the whole thing is complete, you're talking at least a £40 game. I mean, not only should this be the highest ranking game on Kong, but it should revolutionise Flash gaming. As for criticisms. The water tower was insanely complicated. Too much so. Too many switches spread over too many rooms made it a chore to do. I much preferred the timed rooms or the step on the pattern rooms. Also, there should be an ability to load a saved game from the in game menu. It's a small thing, but it would be handy. And that's pretty much it really.
