The reason why so many people are complaining about bad RNG is because they take the other 95% for granted. When a 95% attack hits, we don't really care. But when it misses, we all start fretting, and if it misses more than once, it goes on the comment board, without even thinking of the numerous attacks that landed before.

Scamp: Agreed. Even if Tafari goes against a dangerous opponent, he always has the option to switch out. His attacks are good as they are. heavencharge: I'm not sure of the implications card trading can bring. For instance, someone conning a newb into giving in a good card for a poor card, or even trading a character for an item.

I doubt that the percentage listings are wrong. Instead of counting the number of times someone misses 5 in a row and using total plays of Kongai, you should divide the total misses over the total number of shots to get the missrate: it be more fair this way. However, the RNG may be distributing luck unevenly, hence the unusual number of "5 in a row misses" complaints. Perhaps the RNG is time-based or something, which is worth looking into.

seeabove: apparently the reflection only applies to the caster (since the animation appears on the caster and not the opponent), therefore damage is only reflected off Cornelius.

Dudi: it is possible to get two or more item cards. You may have earned them from their original release, the re-release, the starter pack or through the 2% win rate. These cards appear at the end of your list, and they can be equipped more than once on the same deck.

agree with cytoplasmic. Hope there would be a random mode soon, that would be fun! Also, do any of you think that the weapon animations should be red if it causes bleed, green if it causes poison etc.?

Spirit Assistance is affected by dark resist, but not Bleeding Ritual. Bug or feature? NicolBolas: On the surface it is a guessing game, but if you are able to adapt to your opponent's strategy, you will be able to counter his moves most of the time. That is how you win.

Fireman: indeed, the AI is stupid, but ultimately it is for newbies to get used to the game and the interface, and perhaps for people to test certain strategies. The main highlight of this game is multiplayer battle, not single player.

Brilliant work, awesome sequel. Bug: The lightning time cannot be obtained from the boss level: whether you finish the level from killing the boss or from pole-hopping, the game registers it as an ace finish.

I'm not sure if this has been raised, but certain sound effects play at inappropriate times. Example: the sound made when a character dies, plays right after both players made their choice. It should only play after the death blow has been dealt. Great game though! All hail Dave Sirlin!

This game should come in 2nd highest rated, seconded only by DTD because after beating Hardcore there's no motivation to replay. It's AWESOME, and the best flash RPG I've ever played in my life. It sort of resembles Nethack, but is nowhere as difficult nor complex. Minor issues - Quickness should be improved. Someone with 100 quickness should get many more turns than someone with 20 quickness, but in the game the one with 100 quickness only gets one turn more. - You can only take a limited no. of skills to battle, and you may learn any skill once you recieve skill points. This results in skill points being useless after 4-5 levels, since one would have taken all the useful skills. It would be awesome if skill points can be spent on upgrading learnt skills. - Can anyone tell me if the damage rating of the weapon affects magic damage? Lastly, I LOVE this game!!!

This game, while an improvement from the first one, has quite a few major flaws. Graphics and lag aside, you notice that hitting the wrong key won't cost you points/combo. You may abuse this by mashing the cursor keys. As long as the colour is correct, you will score. Major flaw.

Using "E" to switch weapons does not serve its purpose to make the game harder. In fact, it becomes annoying, when dying while trying to switch to your Vulcan. Also, the "Shift" to run is a really bad idea. It would be better if we got to choose the arena, instead of it being randomized. Playing then quitting and repeating in order to get the arena you want adds to the Annoy-O-Meter of this game.

EDIT: HEY!!! I spent quite a long time in the wagon accumulating soys to buy battle mode. I finished off the final boss, and refreshed the screen after the credits were shown. When the title screen appears, I an UNABLE to access battle mode. What is this?!

One complaint I have of this game is that the final boss is WAY too easy. The pumpkin boss had me using up all of my nectar. It had more HP than the final boss, and I was at a much lower level when dealing with the pumpkin. I'll go back and try again, and kill the green pumpkin boss! I didn't go for that one, it killed me at first. Magic worms FTW =)
