To beat the villain that looks like sephiroth, the ultimate villain on the monster quest, you must first have beaten the red dragon in order to obtain the dragon lance. After you get the lance play red dragon again, only to dual enchant the lance with two dragon damagers at lvl 5 each, you can also throw in a crit at lvl 5 or a lifesteal at level 5 if you want. Beat the holy dragon with resist to fire and anti-paladin gear on. After the holy dragon you must equip the full-healer set rewarded for the holy dragon. The healer set makes the sephiroth character really easy. Just make sure to have the mouse where the revive notice will appear, after a death, so that you can quickly click the button before the game checks to see if any allies are currently alive, right before a game over. Cinch.
