I don't think bounce and crawl make sense for what they represent, a suggestion would be names like ''climb'' and ''squeeze'. In the beggining i was kinda confused because of the names.
Sets should be better explained, as far as i see, its not worth going for any set, because that would limit your choices over stats/gear. The link between stats and sets are not balanced, since I dont see someone ever choosing going for a set than going for pure stats. Or, i just dont get what is the potential of a set, since when i complete one i hardly know what i does. Also, mid to late game the pace is too fast to focus on, not only the stats, but the set of an item, which also contributes for simply ignoring them and going for stats. Buff them of make it more clear what it does. Awesome game btw, i like your uniqueness! Hope to see more in the future, take care.
Good feedback! The sets were indeed quite difficult to balance and I need to review it even more. I will say I found some areas where it currently works well. For example in the topmost path there is a slime+ with swamp, which creates a no healing effect. I found that it's best to actually forsake all stats in favor or earth4 or even earth3 if you are a bit further along. I need to communicate the set effects better. They do show up as tooltips but maybe I can throw them into the loadout screen so people could analyze them better? Not sure. Thanks, I really do want to push some design boundaries while I'm still in the prototyping mode. I just need to figure out how to click my intentions better.
The fact that when you use potions they get rearranged is really annoying. I'm new to the game, but at least at the point of the game I am (Because it makes using potions a lot faster, i see how can that be usefull in the future), It just makes it harder to not missclick when using several specific potions at the same time. If they didn't move, it'd be easier to use them. If you still want the rearrangement to be a feature, at least make it possible to arrange them in a sequence as we like, instead of being in the dropped order, please.
I dont know why, but im the area 100, with all the crusaders ( the default ones ) and i'm not winning the cupons for the event ( the 3 achievements from kongregate)
What pisses me off is the fact that the phisics in this game are horrible, its NOT fun to play, and kongregate gave a 5-minute medal to it but the other games are really fun and WELL MADE, and i took almost an hour to reach 2.5k, the worst enemyin that game are the holes, that i just fall every time i jump.
Found a bug, at the first bridge, in the upper left corner of it, if you walk right in the line of the river you can enter the river and stay stuck there forever (rip 400 frindship farming)
I love this game, even with good graphics and HALF a game very real animals in the forest, a tribe, and more ^ ^ so it added up in my favorites.
