First world was quite fun and promising. The second world is a nightmare of poor path finding, shooting into walls, and wizards shooting 1 damage on building rather than destroying the enemy unit that kill their friends.
It is either bugged or way too advanced for me. After the tutorial attack there seems to be nothing to do apart form collecting on banana farm profits. I did a reload, and had to do the tutorial attack again. Also, "music off" does not seem to work watching my bugged city.
I think it becomes a bit too slow, and numbers are quite annoying to read. At least I can see the reset now. As for gold per seconds, I am quite sure that it only changes when a boss is downed. Whether one grinds 64, 63 or 62 does not matter, the only difference is killing speed, not gold per second.
@gotoxy: Diamond is needed to upgrade gear, and for the damage enchant. That is my two "usual things" so far. I reset after getting in a veteran gear mania on normal...
I follow the advice on weapon speed, sorcerer, and all skills on gold find. I hit mobs at a level where my damage is equal or higher to small (making medium two hits). My method is then to save money, and spend it to buy diamonds to upgrade and enchant my lowest level item (except maybe weapons which are a pain to find at 1.56 or a tiny bit higher).
Now on hardcore, replacing my level 1 orange gear one piece at a time. About 20 mil to buy the diamonds to update one piece in the 20s, refining 'everything' found on the side.
Hyperinflation happened. The lemonade stand got back to dominant levels when I sat at 800 all (and 900 some). 99.9% of my all time earned happened over one night.
Offline works for me. Apart from that it is clear that the "get 50" upgrades are powerful. The 781th shrimp boat is 301 duodecillions, while the 801st donut shop is "only" 0.946 duodecillions. All at 800 will be a long grind as angels are not flowing in fast.
@Lairaset. Angels are added. There are some "high level" upgrades that cost angels. If you gain as many angels as you already got, you will double the income if you reset. At least as long as you got more than 50-ish angels (that double income in the first place).
Lemonade stands dominate now. Going from 800 to 900 lemonade stands with the a meager 1 billion angels and the 1 octillion upgrade bought, seemed to boost overall income 4 times or something. And they are cheap...
I would reset at least daily, but make sure to at least double the angel count. After reset you ought to have time to rebuild the upgrades before taking a long break, though. Each time you can double investors, or reach a new achievement tier or X3 for oil/all helps a lot, and running a few hours after those improvements makes the previous tiers seem pretty trivial.
The fancy league hats can be disabled by turning down particle effects in the options menu. I've added a separate toggle for them for the next patch. Sorry you don't like 'em! :C
Level 5, I assume the problem is the bottom part. Dig shelves to place a lot of reactors, you need energy to power weapons at the end. Build some tech stuff and improve energy collection, weapon range and weapon fire rate. Have 20 or so energy collected, build lots (15-30) blasters, 6 or so mortars and burn down the creeper. You need breaks in the creeper lines to make a way for energy to build the nullifier.
I discovered missing badges, and had to do the hard one. The single color was my first, and I was surprised when it completed as I fiddled around. Typically all final problems were connected. The multi color one was easy at the end, as there was fewer possible moves once I got close.
Noticing in comments that I could scroll the view with arrow keys was a key discovery.
Very fun!
