This is a good way to transfer you char from one pc to another, i was playing on another pc, now i got mine pc back and char too! Thx abra! ;)

Is this bug or idk, but i quit the game and later when i came back my talents where relocated.
This was a temporary side effect of the talent priority update...it should go away after the next time you log back in (after respec), if it does not let me know.
