If you're good at rhythm games getting a really high score isn't hard. I've been playing games like Stepmania for 5 years so speed isn't an issue. Of course many of the people on the leader board are hackers, but it isn't impossible to get over a million score. I just got 865,397 so it's definitely possible!
Great game despite a huge number of typos.
Finally got through stage 19 without getting hit with a score of 2476257. Used Lokis special twice to make it through the huge 2nd wave of turrets and the bigger sentry. (:

Loki is a great ship to use against Loki. Just fly around and not get hit and when you can use your special you get an instant win.
It's extremely easy even without any upgrades.
I think I found a glitch.
When you finish the game, you can refresh the page and redo experiments to get more proteins.
I have every sequence bar filled with jack and all maxed stats because of that.
