Maeda, in the second encounter you have to snipe the gas tank on his back. It'll explode. You have to do that 3 times and then he dies. The reward is worth it, but if you really can't do it, he can be skipped if you have enough speed and aren't carrying much heavy weaponry, just run past him.
Instructions on level 3: Dodge the people as best as you can until there's five seconds to go, pick up 2, then keep dodging. If you pick up any more than 2, you lose. If you pick up any less than 2 within the time given, you lose. Don't worry, 5 seconds is a long time in a game like this.
Okay, seriously people. This is a story of a semi-intelligent alien who crash lands and grows into a giant in 30 seconds. I don't know why the people didn't shoot him themselves, but instead they fed him. It's a story about an alien protecting his food source. NOTHING ELSE. Stop throwing around words like 'deep' and 'masterpiece' like monkey crap.
This is a touching tale... No wait, forget it. While this game seems to tell a tale of how the people who are outside die and stuff like that, it's essentially just killing yourself for people who feed you. Th atmosphere helps you to feel some kind of desperation, but there's no reason to do anything you're doing for them. Essentially, I agree with Lumbago.

Anyway, it's a good idea, but it feels like the whole game is based on that idea alone; we're supposed to focus on the idea that the whole game is TO BE CONTINUED, and not on the gameplay, which is extremely poor. 2/5 for the ingenious idea but the bad execution.
I say this is an average TD at best. There was no challenge, and after the tutorial level I was forcing myself to keep playing and make a fair attempt. I saw a level saying 'This level is impossible, no?' I think not. I beat it in my first go. I also beat those crappy extra EC challenges, which I am quite disappointed to find I had to go over to AG and grind my way up again to do. Very much disappointed, 2/5.
I don't play bubble tanks because it's Bubble Tanks, I play it because it's a good game. I hope you people will join me in rating this according to its play value, music quality, and graphic quality.
