My game froze when i killed a frozen enemy. I had the freeze totem, 2 enemies were still alive, i hit the frozen one and it died. after that nothing worked, i could however revert to my last save.
It bugged for me. I reseted for my third time, and the screen went black. I restarted and my characters was reseted but it didnt increase the difficulty to 3...
Lots of the set effects wont work, for example i have the full doom, unholy and burning bow set equiped but i only get one of the 3 effects im supposed to get. Try to fix that and this game would be a blast! :)

It raises your regen, not max HP. Hope this reply wasn't too late :P
