I'll admit I really didn't spend much time on it. I was going to make a cool background graphic, some power-ups, and some other things. But I decided to just cut that out and work on a different game. Also; it doesn't detect a hit sometimes because you're invincible for a second after being hit, I was going to have another graphic for the character when you're hit but like I said, I just ditched the game half way through :s
