well i did an experiment to see how much money i would make by spending $5000. i chose #13 which is one of the most recommended crates to unbox in bulk. i got 1008 paints, 575 weapons, 414 hats and 29 unusuals. I started doing the calculations and then realized the simulator doesn't factor in the price of the crate. it was displaying the price of 2009 keys. finally, after redoing the math, i came to find that if i had done this in real life today, would've made a whopping $14.
In conclusion, never use keys to unbox crates.
