lovely little game, please make more! my only comment would be i found the multi ones eg ladder or circles to be a little distraction likei was looking for them crossing the paths if that makes sense but loved game and sorry for bad typing sorry
Re: halfdelita's guide - I misread it and started *hoarding* at 15. Finished with 2 weeks to spare. +1 if you want others to enjoy the thrill of living on the edge due to avoidable errors.
Anyone got a left-handed weapon yet? Im clearly bad at this game but I assume the constant right-handed weapons are an indication that it is possible to hold two weapons..? or at least like a book or shield?
I had an enemy at 1hp and it took me 5 turns to kill him, and it was starting to look like a close call for absolutely no reason. I get that misses add an air of realistic tension but there's no way I'm invested enough in this game to consider it worth it.
Don't want to sound harsh, I'm just annoyed at the seeming randomness of the battle outcomes.
I don't know if this was intentional but I can't for the life of me remember why that circle was scared. Was it just because he was embarrassed for wearing a hat or did I forget a vital step?
In other words, I feel ill.
This is a nifty little game but (and this may just be my computer) but I had the music muted and when I got to the music round I tried to unmute in case it helped (maybe it doesn't but it seemed logical at the time) and it wouldn't turn back on. Ended up restarting not realising I would lose all my progress. No problem with responsiveness on the other buttons or on other games so pretty sure it's not just me!
Just a comment though, don't want to be negative as like I said it's a very cool little game :)
One of the best games I've played on here, hands down. My only tiny niggle is that it would be nice to have an option to remove the hints and advice as I enjoy replaying! and yes I know there is a new game out but I am shite at it for some reason
This is so fluid and gorgeously animated. I would actually love a version without the battle because the gameplay makes me so sleepy and peaceful that it kinda makes me not want to kill anyone, and I always want to kill everyone. Take away the monsters and you could actually end wars with this.
To the comments about checking the fire every time.. I have played the game to the end already but this time I am checking the fire again. Instinct knows no logic.
ptatogamer - I may be wrong but it has clicked up a few times while I've been playing so I think it has something to do with banana count. googling it would be better than listening to me though
It's fascinating how satisfying this is. I've always found tower defence games weirdly addictive but bloons has really hit on something with the multiple weak enemies because for whatever reason there is some unsettling rush from popping upwards of 100 balloons in 30 seconds
